What is the commission schedule?
FBP employs a highly competitive commission schedule designed to compensate top producers for their hard work. For more details, contact our Underwriting Department between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday at (610) 482-1800.
When are commission checks issued?
Commission checks are generated on or about the last business day of the month. You may also use our Client Extranet to check the status of your commission check and to review your commission registers.
Will I receive a commission statement?
To allow you to quickly and accurately track your compensation, all commission checks are accompanied by a register listing all paid groups, premiums and periods. You may also refer to the Client Extranet to review your commission register.
How do I update my personal information?
Please refer to the Client Extranet within our new designed website. You may also contact our Underwriting Department by one of the following:

When do you mail the 1099’s?
All 1099’s for Agents earning more than $600 are mailed according to IRS guidelines.
Why didn’t I get my 1099?
We are not obligated to send 1099’s to Agents grossing under $600. If you grossed more than $600 and did not receive your 1099 contact our Underwriting Department between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday at (610) 482-1800, and we will mail a replacement. You may also email support@flexiben.com.
I need a 1099 for my production, even though I didn’t make $600.
We will print and mail 1099’s for any Agent who requests one.
