[IBC] Important information about Crozer-Keystone Health System - Please be advised that the current contracts with the Crozer-Keystone Health System and its affiliated physicians and ancillary providers are scheduled to expire on August 19, 2007. We stand ready to continue our discussions with Crozer regarding our proposal and we are hopeful that we can achieve a positive outcome together that is fair to our customers, members, and providers. Our goal is to continue providing our members with access to quality health care coverage. However, we need to prepare for the possibility that the contract will end on August 19, 2007.
