New COBRA brochure and insert available on ibx.com
In response to these changes to COBRA, IBC has updated their "COBRA Manual" for you to share with your customers. The manual is a guide to the federal legislation that requires employers to offer continuing health insurance to employees and dependents who would otherwise lose their coverage. It includes an overview of the law, an FAQ, and a helpful guide on what your customers should do when an employee elects COBRA coverage.
