Gastrointestinal Associates contract reinstatement February 1, 2009 - Gastrointestinal Associates, Inc. will again participate in Independence Blue Cross' networks beginning February 1, 2009, after terminating their previous contract on July 1, 2008. The group offers gastrointestinal services through three office locations in Bucks and Montgomery counties.
