IBC eBulletin - Open enrollment kits get a makeover - Everyone can benefit from a makeover from time to time. And that's exactly what the Marketing Communications department did with the new open enrollment materials. The theme of the new pieces is "More than just a health plan, a plan for better health." We also added a fresh design with vibrant pictures and took a "less is more" approach with content so that we could focus on what differentiates us from other insurance companies.

Select Drug Program® formulary changes effective January 1, 2011 - We are writing to let you know about the changes we are making to the Select Drug Program® formulary starting January 1, 2011. To ensure the continued effectiveness of the drugs on our formulary, the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee conducts regular reviews. As a result of the committee's recent reviews, we're implementing the following changes:
