IBC eBulletin - Individual Update: Commission schedules and online quoting now available

We are writing to make you aware that commission schedules are now available and that your customers can now get quotes and apply online at http://www.ibx4you.com/get_quote/index.html?primaryBrokerId=PA09455A&producingBrokerId=PA99455A for our new individual Personal Choice plans.

Commission schedules

Commission rates are now available for the individual Personal Choice PPO plans. Please note that the commission schedule for both Keystone and Personal Choice plans includes higher rates for applications submitted online for July 1st effective dates and beyond. Remember you can send your customers a link to apply online via ROAM, or you can submit an online application for them. If you submit an online application on behalf of a customer, the customer will need to fill out an Authorization Form and you will need to submit this form to IBC.

Your customers don’t need to wait until July 1 to apply for our new Personal Choice plans – http://www.ibx4you.com/get_quote/index.html?primaryBrokerId=PA09455A&producingBrokerId=PA99455A  is now available for online quoting and applying. The site has been redesigned to promote our products in a way that’s easier for consumers to understand. Plus, we offer two types of decision-making tools, a quick 5-question plan finder as well as the AskBlue Tool, which is a more in-depth online conversation that walks individuals through health insurance basics and the available options.

Important: We will not accept old applications after July 31. If you have recently sent out old application kits to customers, please reach out to them and either send them new kits or send them a link to the online application through ROAM. Applicants must complete the new application if they are applying for Personal Choice PPO plans or a preexisting condition waiver.You may order supplies of the new kits through BAGS.If you have any questions, please contact your Independence Blue Cross account executive.
