We are writing to tell you about important information that was recently
mailed to Security 65, MedigapSecurity and 65 Special members.

We recently sent the ''Notice of Changes in Medicare and Your Medicare
Supplement Coverage'' for 2012 to members enrolled in our Security 65,
MedigapSecurity and 65 Special programs. Each member received a cover letter and
an insert that detail the new 2012 Medicare Part A and Part B deductibles and
the coinsurance amounts recently published by the Centers for Medicare &
Medicaid Services (CMS). Group administrators also received a similar
