IBC Announces ROAM Quoting Changes

In an effort to level the platform between Association Administrators and Level II Brokers, IBC has updated the ROAM system to rate all employer groups by the quarter in which they are quoted.

For all Association new business enrollments having effective dates on or after August 15, 2008, the January 1st anniversary date requirement will no longer be applicable. Instead, the anniversary date will now be set to 12 months from the enrollment.

For example, if FBP quotes an employer group for a 9/1/2008 effective date, their renewal date will be 9/1/2009 (Not 1/1/2009 as in the past). If you have any questions, please contact Flexible Benefits Plans, Inc. at (610) 482-1800
